On November 22, the 5th Yangtze River Delta International Cultural Industries Expo, co-hosted by the publicity departments of Shanghai, Jiangsu, Zhejiang, and Anhui, officially opened at the National Exhibition and Convention Center (Shanghai).

This year’s expo showcases the new developments in the cultural industry within the Yangtze River Delta and keenly observes the new trends in cultural consumption upgrades, aiming to create new momentum for enhancing quality and efficiency in the cultural industry.

The exhibition area for Anhui Province covers a total of 3,150 square meters, divided into two exhibition zones. The Anhui Pavilion occupies 2,850 square meters, themed "Ancient and Modern Reflections, Innovating the Future." The Anhui Museum Pavilion spans 300 square meters, primarily showcasing cultural and creative products from the museum.

The Anhui Pavilion features one core exhibit and three thematic sections. The core exhibit is an open giant dome immersive space themed "Misty Rain over Great Yellow Mountain, a Place for Spiritual Retreat." This space ingeniously reflects the vast surfaces created by the ground and the ceiling, using a mirrored floor to artfully manipulate light and shadow, presenting a stunning digital panorama of Huangshan and offering visitors a poetic experience of cultural Anhui.

The Yangtze River Delta Cultural Industries Expo has been jointly initiated by the publicity departments of Shanghai, Jiangsu, Zhejiang, and Anhui since its inception in 2018. This year’s expo covers an exhibition area of 81,000 square meters, including a comprehensive development section and two themed exhibitions, gathering over 1,300 exhibitors from 70 cities, districts, and counties across 13 provinces nationwide.
