On November 10th, the 7th China International Import Expo concluded in Shanghai. At this Expo, the Anhui trade delegation focused on high-end manufacturing equipment, raw materials, medical devices, chemical products, daily consumer goods, and other areas for business negotiations and procurement, achieving an import purchase intention of $2.417 billion, a 3.6% increase from the previous session.

Anhui Province attaches great importance to participating in the China International Import Expo, focusing on four major functions: international procurement, investment promotion, cultural exchanges, and open cooperation. 

During this year's CIIE, Anhui Provincial Department of Commerce organized a series of activities such as "CIIE Merchants Visit Anhui" and "Anhui Participates in CIIE," encouraging various municipal trading delegations to actively connect with exhibitors and merchant resources through special events and on-site business negotiations.

Over the past six sessions of the CIIE, Anhui has cumulatively organized 13,200 purchasing units and 41,500 participants, achieving a cumulative procurement transaction amount of $12.32 billion.
