On April 8th, the Key Project of Anhui Province and Hefei City, the Intelligent Construction Pilot Project of Hefei City, the iFLYTEK Artificial Intelligence Industrial Park project, which was constructed by China Construction First Group, successfully achieved comprehensive topping-out!

This topping-out marks a solid foundation for the smooth completion in the second half of this year. After its delivery, the project will provide an excellent platform for technology talents and innovative enterprises, offering top-notch working, living, and leisure spaces for high-end technical professionals, and adding a new urban landmark to Hefei City.

Located in the National High-tech Industry Development Zone of Hefei City, Anhui Province, the project has a total construction area of approximately 305,200 square meters, consisting of two underground floors and five above-ground floors, including commercial and office complexes, as well as an underground parking garage. The project serves as a supporting facility for iFLYTEK's intelligent industry and includes office areas, dining areas, exhibition areas, hardware centers, sports centers, and commercial service facilities.

Previously, the project team of China Construction First Group has successfully completed the construction of projects such as the iFLYTEK Voice Cloud Building, iFLYTEK Products Warehouse and Dormitory Building, the Teaching Building, Laboratory Building, Library, and Administration Building of Anhui Institute of Information Technology under iFLYTEK's jurisdiction, all of which were completed to a high standard and put into use.
