On April 2nd, the reporters visited the Dashu Longshan Tianzao Museum of Marvellous Stones in Quanjiao County, Anhui Province. Here, the diverse stones reveal the secrets of the Earth, with each piece being a masterpiece of nature. The intricate textures and unique shapes create an impression that at every turn, a whole new world can be discovered.

It is reported that the museum was officially opened during the National Day holiday in 2022. It is a large-scale museum dedicated to peculiar stones, combining science popularization, education, and tourism. The exhibition halls include the Entrance Hall, Biological Fossil Hall, Mineral Crystal Hall, Rock Hall, and Mineral Specimen Hall, among others, divided into eight main thematic zones.

The museum houses nearly a thousand selected original stones, including over 350 ancient fossils, natural gemstones, more than 140 types of mineral specimens, as well as extremely precious crinoids fossils, ichthyosaur fossils, and heliotrope seals, among others. These stones come from all over the world, exhibiting a variety of shapes, vibrant colors, and unique textures. Each piece seems to have its own story. Some stones resemble mountains, rivers, and streams, while others resemble birds and animals, human portraits, or abstract paintings. The overwhelming display not only showcases the incredible craftsmanship of nature but also allows people to sense the profound history of the Earth.
