On November 30th, reporters visited the Hongrun New Energy Industrial Park in Xuanzhou District, Xuancheng City, Anhui Province, in search of the key to "Xuanzhou Speed." 
Inside the workshop of Hongrun New Energy's 5GW high-efficiency photovoltaic cell module project, rows of automated machines are arranged orderly. Robotic arms and conveyer belts work tirelessly, accurately transferring processed solar cells to the next process. After more than 40 processes such as slicing, lamination, edge trimming, framing, and junction box installation, individual crystalline silicon solar cells are transformed into complete high-efficiency photovoltaic cell modules. 
Xue Qilin, Vice President of Hongrun New Energy Investment Co., Ltd., told reporters that negotiations for the project began on January 6, 2023, the formal contract was signed on March 7, construction started on April 16, trial production began on June 25, and the first phase, consisting of four production lines, was fully put into operation on August 22. It is expected to achieve an annual output value of 1.5 billion yuan within the year, embodying the "Xuanzhou Speed" of "negotiating, signing, commencing, producing, and achieving the expected efficiency" all in the same year. It is understood that the Hongrun New Energy Industrial Park project is the first 10-billion-yuan level project in Xuanzhou District, Xuancheng City, and also the largest single investment project in the history of Xuanzhou District. With a total investment of 10.75 billion yuan, covering an area of 594 mu, and a total construction area of 349,700 square meters, the investment includes two 5GW high-efficiency photovoltaic cell module projects, a 10GW new energy high-efficiency cell and new energy base construction project. After full production, it is expected to achieve an annual sales revenue of 20 billion yuan.
