As a major representative of China's new energy vehicles(NEVs), NIO has been committed to providing high-performance intelligent electric vehicles and ultimate user experience to create a joyful lifestyle for its users since its establishment in 2014. After more than eight years of accumulation, NIO has become one of the world's leading high-end intelligent electric vehicle companies. In June of this year, NIO delivered 10,700 new cars, a month-on-month increase of 74.0%. Among them, 6,383 high-end intelligent electric SUVs and 4,324 high-end intelligent electric sedans were delivered. From January to June 2023, NIO delivered a total of 54,000 new cars. Currently, NIO has delivered a total of 344,000 new cars. With a focus on forward-looking research and development of core technologies, as of the end of January 2023, NIO had applied for and been granted approximately 6,000 patents, and established an independent research and development system that includes batteries, electric drive systems, intelligent systems, intelligent chassis domain controllers, and battery swapping technology. 
As a representative of rechargeable and interchangeable modes, NIO's battery swapping system has helped NIO car owners swap batteries nearly 20 million times in the past five years. In June of this year, NIO completed the construction of 95 battery swapping stations nationwide, fulfilling 5,134 battery swapping station wishes, and enabling electric car owners to have a battery swapping experience in just three to five minutes, making battery swapping a popular way to replenish energy for car owners. At the end of last year, NIO released the third-generation battery swapping station, which increased the battery swapping capacity by 30% compared to the second-generation battery swapping station, with a maximum single-day battery swapping capacity of 408 times per station. The first third-generation NIO battery swapping station in Anhui Province was launched in the Meitong Ecological Parking Lot on the South Second Ring Road in Baohe District, Hefei City in April this year, covering multiple commercial districts and residential areas within a 15-minute travel circle. Currently, NIO has established research and production institutions in Shanghai, Hefei, Beijing, Nanjing, Shenzhen, Hangzhou, San Jose, Munich, Oxford, Berlin, Budapest, and Singapore, and established sales and service systems in China, Norway, Germany, the Netherlands, Sweden, Denmark, and other countries, covering users in more than 300 cities worldwide. By 2025, NIO plans to provide services to users in more than 25 countries and regions worldwide.
