With the joint efforts of aid-to-Tibet cadres and local people, Daglung Township, Nagarzê County, Shannan City, Tibet Autonomous Region, which bordering Bhutan, has undergone a large-scale transformation in recent years, and the living environment there has taken on a brand new look. The Kangsa community of the township was renamed Wuhu Garden by the locals to thank Wuhu City, Anhui Province, which aided them. 
Wuhu Garden "Everyone has been working together seriously to carry out the construction work of xiaokang (well-off) village in Daglung Township from the beginning. The work is inseparable from the assistance of the people of Wuhu, Anhui, and even more without the support and selfless dedication of the cadres in Tibet." Zhaxi Bazhu (in pinyin), deputy secretary of the Daglung Town Party Committee and chairman of the National People's Congress, told reporters. Through repeated mass work, Quzong, Qulong, and Xiangda natural villages were relocated, and Tuiwa and Linxi were integrated and built on the spot. At the same time, cadres communicated with the construction and design parties many times, selected the sites for six projects of neighborhood committees, and expanded eight roads in the surrounding area, effectively promoting the program's implementation.

It is reported that Tibet aiding cadres from Anhui have built e-commerce exhibition centers, Tibetan-style homestays, RV camps, etc. around the region; helped Cuomai County set up a Tibet Tourism Development Company; introduced the concept of market-oriented operation; and coordinated Hefei Binhu Investment Holding Group, Anhui Cultural Investment and Operation Co., Ltd, Hefei Impression Binhu Tourism Investment Development Co., Ltd and Lujiang County Tourism Investment Development Co., Ltd to form a joint company, to help Cuomai training management and service personnel, and share marketing channels. With the concepts of "tourism + animal husbandry," "tourism + snow mountain and grassland," and "tourism + Tibetan culture," the Cuomai tourism scenic spots are connected. The local farmers and herders will find the motivation to participate in economic development, and their abilities will also be improved. Under the active promotion of the cadres, Shannan City has successively launched several Internet famous scenic spots, such as "Zhaxi Qudeng village" and "Qiangqin Manor," which have truly allowed the local people to enjoy the tourism resources.
