From January 22 to February 12, 2025, the Luogang Park Spring Festival Lantern Fair will be held at the Anhui Garden in Luogang Park, Hefei. The theme of this year's lantern fair is "Lights Shine on Anhui Rhythms, Celebrating a Blissful Spring Festival." It will utilize advanced technology to project stunning images onto the water surface, creating a super-large water curtain show measuring 44 meters wide and 14 meters high.

The lantern fair will run from 15:00 to 21:30, with the lanterns lighting up at 17:00. The event will showcase "six ones" creative attractions, namely "one ring, one show, one promenade, one place, one charm, and one spring scenery." Journalists learned that the Anhui Garden in Luogang Park connects cultural symbols from various places in Anhui with brilliant lights, forming a beautiful landscape that highlights the historical depth and contemporary features of Anhui.

"We will create a super-large water curtain show on the water surface, measuring 44 meters wide and 14 meters high, and integrate elements characteristic of Anhui, such as the moonlight of Luzhou, the scenery of Chaohu Lake, and Huangmei Opera," said the relevant person in charge. The water curtain show will present the cultural stories of Anhui to the audience in a brand new way, creating a visual feast.

Besides the Luogang Lantern Fair, journalists learned from the Baohe District Cultural and Tourism Bureau of Hefei that the bureau has also launched a series of cultural and tourism activities. These activities cover more than 30 diverse and colorful cultural and tourist activities, including the Spring Festival temple fair, intangible cultural heritage exhibition, cultural benefits for the people, and reading promotion.
