On December 31, 2024, a series of events such as "drone shows," "Linquan Intangible Cultural Heritage Acrobatics," and "New Year's Eve Concert" dazzled at Luogang Park, with numerous citizens and tourists welcoming the New Year moment of 2025 together.

At 10 p.m. that night, over the south side of the runway in Luogang Park, 1500 drones took off into the sky, shining brightly with themes like "astronauts" and "Happy New Year," lighting up the sky above the park and bringing a visual feast to the citizens and tourists. 

At the performance site, the drones combined technology and art perfectly, sending the New Year atmosphere to its climax. Each change in the formation of the drones performance elicited gasps of wonder from the audience.

"The drone formation performance was so stunning; I watched it from start to finish without blinking an eye. The on-site activities were rich and colorful, and my daughter had a great time too," shared Ms. Guo, a resident of Hefei. She had seen the announcement for the Luogang Park New Year's Eve activities a few days ago and had planned early to bring her daughter to experience it firsthand. 

In fact, as early as that morning, the park was already filled with excitement and anticipation. At 9 a.m., the Luogang 2025 Shining New Year's Eve Winter Market was ready to go at Hangnan Square, with nearly 200 creative booths lined up featuring various specialty goods, including several "innovation and entrepreneurship market" stalls specifically set up for college students.

Behind the warmth of New Year's Eve lies the silent dedication of countless guardians. Transportation, sanitation, medical care, emergency services... Staff and volunteers from all sectors worked overtime to ensure everyone could enjoy a romantic and safe New Year's Eve.
