On August 24, the Anhui provincial trial of the 2022 5th National Agricultural Industry Vocational Skills Competition – Tea Processing Contest was held in Huoshan County, Lu'an City.
Forty-five tea-making experts from all over the province competed for the "master of tea-making." The top four contestants will represent Anhui to participate in the national finals. 
Special frying pans were arranged neatly on the morning of August 24 in Huoshan Sports Center. Forty-five contestants were not afraid of high temperature and competed fiercely in tea-frying skills. According to the organizer, this competition takes the form of a combination of a theoretical knowledge test and an on-site skill operation assessment. Huoshan, where the competition is held, has a long history of tea production and rich tea culture.
