ChangXin Memory Technologies (CXMT) recently released its IPO listing announcement for the STAR Market. The company's shares began trading today (July 27) on the STAR Market of the Shanghai Stock Exchange.

CXMT is China's largest and most technologically advanced DRAM integrated device manufacturer (IDM), with the most comprehensive industrial footprint. The company operates three 12-inch DRAM wafer fabrication plants (fabs) in Hefei and Beijing.

The proceeds from the IPO will be fully invested in three projects aimed at advancing domestic substitution in the memory sector: upgrading a 12-inch DRAM wafer production line, enhancing HBM and automotive-grade memory technologies, and conducting R&D on next-generation memory technologies. These projects cover key high-value-added memory segments, including consumer electronics, AI computing servers, and automotive applications.
