Unmanned cleaning ship debuts in Huainan

On July 14, an unmanned cleaning ship “bath” the photovoltaic panels at a photovoltaic power station in Shangyao Town, Datong District, Huainan City. It is understood that the ship, with a load of about 960 kg, utilizes infrared thermal imaging detection of unmanned aerial vehicles on water surface and in the air and big data platform technology of the centralized control center to achieve precise positioning of components cleaning and equipment defects to effectively improve the power generation capacity of the power station.

In order to solve the problems of difficult cleaning, low efficiency and high cost of the high pile position components of Yaohe Photovoltaic Power Station, Huainan State Power Investment New Energy Co., LTD., which belongs to the Anhui Branch of SPIC, organized a technical team to jointly research and develop "unmanned cleaning ship", and has applied for two invention patents. And won the first prize of 2021 Equipment Management and Technology Innovation in electric power industry by China Equipment Management Association.
