The Anhui delegation took the lead in China by exporting more than 500 copyrights at the 25th Beijing International Book Fair, one of the top four international book fairs in the world.
17 publishers from the eastern Chinese province took part in the event from August 22 to 26. They exported over 500 copyrights to Taiwan and foreign countries including the United States, India and Singapore.
The Anhui pavilion showcased hundreds of publications and multiple creative cultural products as part of the province’s latest achievements in the publishing industry.
Publications on the 40th anniversary of China’s reform and opening-up, the 19th CPC National Congress and the Belt and Road initiative as well as books aiming for external publicity were highlights of the five-day event.
The delegation launched a series of activities at the fair, including business talks, contract-signing ceremonies, new book releases, forums, and lectures.
The fair attracted around 2,500 publishers from 93 countries and regions.
