East China's Anhui province released a list of 2017’s top 50 import and export companies, with Anhui International Trade Group Co.taking the lead.
The list was made by Anhui Chamber of Commerce for Importers and Exporters, a local non-profit organization for foreign trade, based on statistics from the provincial customs authority.
The 50 companies recorded $28.78 billion in foreign trade value last year, accounting for 54 percent of the provincial total.
The state-owned Anhui International Trade Group Co. topped the list, followed by LCFC (Hefei) Electronics Technology Co., Tongling Nonferrous Metals Group Co., Jinlong Copper Co. and Magang Group Holding Co., or Masteel.
The top five companies’ total imports and exports stood at $13.79 billion.
In breakdown, the top five exporters are LCFC (Hefei) Electronics Technology Co., Hefei BOE Optoelectronics Co., Anhui Jianghuai Automobile Co., Anhui Chery Automobile Co., and Masteel, collectively registering $5.66 billion in export volume.
Tongling Nonferrous Metals Group Co., Jinlong Copper Co., Hefei BOE Optoelectronics Co., Masteel and LCFC (Hefei) Electronics Technology Co.took the top five places as importers with $7.21 billion of imports.
Hefei BOE Optoelectronics Co., LCFC (Hefei) Electronics Technology Co., Jinlong Copper Co., Wuhu Token Science Co., and Hefei Nexchip Semiconductor Co. saw fastest growth in imports and exports.
