Li Jinbin, Party chief of East China’s Anhui province, pledged to enhance communication and cooperation with political parties from all over the world, in a bid to join in building a community of shared future for the mankind.
Li made the remarks while meeting with a delegation of 88 leaders of left-wing parties from 44 foreign countries on Thursday in the provincial capital Hefei.
The delegation will attend the Wanshou Forum, an international gathering themed around China’s reform, development and national governance, in Xiaogang village in Fengyang county of Anhui province, known as the birthplace of the country’s rural reform, on Saturday.
Under the leadership of the Communist Party of China (CPC) Central Committee with Comrade Xi Jinping at the core, the province has made new progress in all respects and moved steadfastly toward modernization and “beautiful Anhui” since the 18th CPC National Congress, Li said.
The leadership of the CPC constitutes the most essential attribute of Chinese socialism, and the greatest strength of this system, Li noted.
Anhui will implement the spirit of an important speech delivered by Xi Jinping at the CPC in Dialogue with World Political Parties High-Level Meeting, and of his letter of congratulation to the 200th anniversary of the birth of Karl Marx, the provincial Party leader said.
Under the mechanism of dialogues between the CPC and world political parties, the province will further strengthen communication and cooperation with foreign political parties, increase amicable exchanges with people all around the world, as part of its effort to make contributions to the creation of a community of shared future for the mankind, Li added.
Salah Adly, general secretary of the Egyptian Communist Party, John Bachtell, chairman of the Communist Party USA and Anthony Martins, member of the Political Bureau of the South African Communist Party all expressed their admiration for the province’s great achievements.
The political party leaders expected to increase dialogues, deepen communication and establish partnership with the CPC to create an even brighter tomorrow for mankind.
