On September 15, the signing ceremony of framework cooperation agreement between Shanghai Mapletree Management Company and Wuhu (Jiujiang District) People's Government was held in Shanghai. He Maoxie, Mayor of Wuhu city and Weng Jianxing, general manager of Shanghai Mapletree Management Company attended the ceremony. Mapletree International Industrial Park was the company's first project invested in Anhui province.
Shanghai Mapletree Management Company, a wholly owned subsidiary of Temasek Holdings Limited invested by Singapore Government, is headquartered in China of Mapletree Industry Pte Ltd. By far, its assets from investment and management have reached 200 billion yuan. The company has projects in China, Singapore, the United States, the United Kingdom, Australia, Japan, India, Korea, Malaysia, Vietnam, etc. The Park is targeted on building a center of international high-end automobile and parts distribution and experience, precision manufacturing and machining, modern equipment assembly and production for medicines and a platform of modern logistics management and operations. The total investment in plan is 2 billion yuan. Once put into operation the annual tax amount is expected to be no less than 55 million yuan.
