Anhui NPC deputies hold plenary meeting

The Anhui delegation to the third session of the 13th National People’s Congress (NPC) was formed and held a plenary meeting in Beijing on Thursday afternoon.

Li Jinbin, Party chief of Anhui province, was elected head of the delegation at the meeting.

Governor Li Guoying and other senior officials including vice governor Deng Xiangyang and Liu Hui, secretary of the Anhui Provincial Commission for Discipline Inspection, were chosen as deputy heads.

At the meeting, the delegation deliberated a draft list of the presidium and secretary general of the third session of the 13th NPC and a draft agenda of the session.

In addition, 20 proposals to be submitted in the name of the delegation were passed.

The third session of the 13th NPC is slated to be held from May 22 to 28.
