Children watch the leather-silhouette show at the event In order to welcome the Lantern Festival and let everyone feel the atmosphere of it, on the afternoon of February 2, the Community Construction Department of Silihe neighbourhood and the Bandao Community in Hefei prepared a leather-silhouette show (shadow puppetry show) interaction activity for the residents of the area. The song "Celebrating the Lantern Festival with Dragon and Lion Dances ("龙腾狮舞闹元宵")" kicked off the show. After the performance, the children also experienced the fun of manipulating the puppets by themselves. At the site of the event, more than 100 colorful pages of lantern riddles were also hung under the red lanterns, full of festive atmosphere.
