79 enterprises in East China’s Anhui province are attending the 16th China (Shenzhen) International Cultural Industries Fair (ICIF) which opened online on Monday. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the expo is based on a virtual exhibition platform for the first time in history. Covering an area of 1,000 square meters, the online Anhui pavilion presents the province’s time-honored culture, innovative cultural industries and rich tourism resources. Visitors can stroll around the virtual exhibition hall with the support of new information technology and artificial intelligence technology. Products featuring the integration of culture and technology are on display. In addition, the pavilion showcases traditional handicrafts like the “scholar's four jewels” (writing brush, ink stick, ink slab and paper), bamboo carvings and painted pottery.
