A press conference is held for the upcoming Yangtze River Delta International Cultural Industries Expo in Shanghai, October 19.
The third Yangtze River Delta International Cultural Industries Expo is slated to take place at the National Exhibition and Convention Center in Shanghai from November 19 to 22, local authorities said at a press conference on Monday.
Covering an area of 54,000 square meters, the expo is expected to attract more than 1,000 institutions and corporations from Shanghai and Jiangsu, Zhejiang and Anhui provinces.

132 Anhui-based companies have confirmed their participation. They will present the province’s latest achievements in the integration of culture and sci-tech, the integration of culture and the Internet, and the integration of culture and tourism, said Zheng Mingwu, head of the Information Office of Anhui Provincial People’s Government.
An online platform will be launched at the expo as companies and artists from more than 20 countries will not be able to come to China due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
In addition, a variety of forums and livestreaming promotions will be held during the expo.
The expo was approved by the Global Association of the Exhibition Industry, also known as UFI, in September.
