China-Europe freight trains from Hefei make 1,000 trips

The China-Europe Railway Express carrying 100 TEUs of “made-in-Anhui” goods to Russia departed from Hefei, East China’s Anhui province, on May 29.

The 239,038-kg goods are valued at 1411,866.59 dollars.

So far, the China-Europe Railway Express(Hefei) has made 1000 trips.

“Last night was a sleepless night, but I felt very happy to see the container moving from our hands,”according to Shan Bin, a young carrier.

Since February 13, the freight train from Hefei has become increasingly intensive.

Faced with the severe situation of the COVID-19 pandemic, carriers in Hefei still ensure the orderly and smooth railway freight transportation.
